Item description:

See scan - perfect condition. This is an extremely rare knitting and sewing thimble made out of sterling silver and multi color enamel during 1879 by a Royal Russian silver craftsman / master who lived in the town of Kiev at that time. Kiev is now in the Ukraine. There are also the special 84 and head silver markings at the edge of the thimble as well as the initials of the Master's name. Extremely fine piece and very rare. A true collector item.
