Item description:

See scan - perfect condition. This is the solid bronze combat flag point. This Royal aviation standard top is an unique example, since not more than 2 or 3 such were made for the Bulgarian Royal aviation and were used on flags only for official parade occassions. The flag peak symbolizes the Bulgarian WWI King Ferdianand I type pilot badge all rounded with wreath. This is the only example known to exist and there is no such piece preserved even in the National Military History museum. Marked at bottom part of the bronze body. The aviation parade flag / standard was handed to the aviation commander by King Boris III on a special parade during 1936 - a couple of years before WWII. This is an extremely rare and unique militaria piece and compared to German similar items, could even be considered as rarer or a much scarcer piece. A true collector item. You will never see another such piece again.
