Item description:

See scan – very good condition. Has some tiny cracks to some of the text at the ribbon at front of the hat, but otherwise in very good state for such a scarce piece. This is an extremely rare hat / cap of a crewmember of the Bulgarian Royal NAVY / Marine ship destroyer and torpedo / mine boat HMS Drazki that served the Bulgarian Army during WWI as a German war ally against Greece, Serbia, Russia, France and Great Britain. This is the FIRST time such a hat is offered for sale, since the number of soldiers that served the Drazki was so small that almost no uniforms or other accessories are known to exist in collections, etc. The hat has a special ribbon band attached to front with a text in Bulgarian HMS Drazki and a porcelain cockade attached as well. Shown besides is a photo of the crewmembers aboard the sister torpedo boat ship Hrabri with similar hats. Probably one of the scarcest Bulgarian NAVY Royal caps, except maybe for a piece from the submarine from that same time… Absolutely scarce military / militaria collector piece and one of the rarest Bulgarian Royal NAVY uniforms and accessories.
